The Team Spirit is a restaurant inside Kewadin Manistique in Manistique, Michigan. The casino is small, but there were fun penny games that we enjoyed. Yes, it's a little smoky in there - but really not bad and you should just expect that at a casino and get over it or don't go if it's that big of an issue. The folks in the bar were nice. Ordered a chicken sandwich. Had to ask for the lettuce/mayo/tomato. Chicken not cooked thoroughly and cheese wasn’t melted at all. When mentioned, waitress took the sandwich without offering a replacement or discount on the bill. Also got a burger and it was brought out with onions and pickle. I ordered it with everything.

The restaurant staff did a poor job serving us. It took a very long time to come get our orders, our drinks where always empty, they didn't have knifes for the prime-rib other then on request, didn't bring out the correct sides etc. We where the only people in the whole restaurant and where not being helped. The only upside was the prime-rib was excellent.

I'm all about slots at a casino. Kewadin Manistique is a small casino with only about 100 slots. However, I've been there twice and it wasn't busy either time. The first time I went I lost $40 very quick and left before going down with the ship. The second, I managed to get a couple small wins and actually left the casino up $10 dollars ... whoo hoo.

One of the things that sets this casino apart is the vast selection of outdoor attractions available. The property includes hundreds of rivers, lakes, streams, and charter fishing right on Lake Michigan.
